STEAMED MALUNGGAY CAKE<br /><br /><br />Here are the ingredients:<br /><br />- 1/4 cup Malunggay leaves<br />- 1 cup cake flour<br />- 1/2 cup Birch Tree powdered milk<br />- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder <br />- 3/4 cup water<br />- 1 egg<br />- 1 tsp vanilla<br />- cheese for toppings<br /><br />Procedure:<br /><br />1. Mix everything until well combined.<br />2. You may crush the malunggay leaves but that's optional.<br />3. Steam for 10 minutes.<br />4. Top with cheese.<br />5. Steam again for another 10 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.<br />6. Let it cool.<br /><br />Thanks for watching.
